Hillary Clinton just overturned Roe vs. Wade

For decades we've heard Republicans and Democrats tell us that we have to somehow "overturn Roe vs. Wade" in order to stop the abortion holocaust.

In the first place, there's nothing to "overturn." Roe was not a law. It was an arbitrary, unconstitutional, lawless court opinion delivered by a handful of oath-breaking, unprincipled, usurping judges -- men who have all already gone on to meet the Supreme Judge of the Universe to explain exactly why they did what they did. Their mere opinion, in one particular case, which opened the door to one of the largest mass murders in human history, is, and always has been, completely null and void, by every natural law, constitutional principle upon which this republic was founded.

However, even by the corrupt standards of the decision itself, the decision has already been overturned.

By whom?

By the current leader of the pro-abortion forces in this country, Hillary Clinton.

From the written opinion itself:

"The appellee and certain amici argue that the fetus is a 'person' within the language and meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment...If this suggestion of personhood is established, the appellant's case, of course, collapses, for the fetus' right to life would then be guaranteed specifically by the Amendment."

-- Justice Harry A. Blackmun, Roe vs. Wade, 1973

That's right. Roe turned completely on whether or not the unborn child is a person.

And yesterday, Hillary Clinton finally faced up to the truth of the matter and established that indeed, the unborn child is a person.

"The unborn person doesn't have constitutional rights," she said. (VIDEO)

"No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law."

"No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

-- The Constitution of the United States

In fact, if they are a person, as she now admits to be the case, they do have God-given, unalienable, constitutional rights. End of the story. Even the infamous Blackmun court admitted as much.

“The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights,” she said.” A stunning statement. She is, as our system today is set up, absolutely correct. Stunning.

Just saw the “Forensic Files” episode on Madalyn Murray O’Hair the other night (rebroadcast).

It was titled: “Without a Prayer”.

All that gold didn’t work out as planned.

Yup. The hideous wretch just admitted that it's state sanctioned murder, she didn't even understand the tortured language the "Justices" needed to contort to get the result they did.

which opened the door to one of the largest mass murders in human history, is, and always has been, completely null and void, by every natural law, constitutional principle upon which this republic was founded

Going on what, 60 million now?

Our system hasn't changed. All that has changed is that those we elect, and those they then appoint, are ignoring their most important sworn obligations, and We the People are not demanding that they do otherwise.

Hillary’s statement doesn’t “overturn” anything because it is not a Supreme Court decision, just a candidate mouthing off.

Undoubtedly it's much higher than that. It's a cash business, carried out by mass murderers. Why would anyone think that somebody who will slaughter a child with their bare hands would not lie about the numbers to cheat on their taxes?

And then there is the availability of chemical weapons of mass destruction, designed only to murder children, that are being sold over the counter. The number of kids being killed and flushed down the toilet is known only to God.

“”The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights,” “

Hard to believe she is stupid enough to have said this.

He's right. What it will take is for any state to pass a law outlawing induced abortion based on "personhood." Then, the state's AG would do as the Communists always have done when they want to have the USSC nullify part of the Constitution--except in this case, it would be to reverse that very action:

Find a person, organization or judge on your side who agrees to pretend to oppose the law on just the legal grounds whereon you want to fight. (Just like Griswold and Roe, among other cases.) Then fight your mock battle all the way to the Supreme Court--having prepped a justice or two to give the case a hearing.

It's not hard, at this moment of medical science, to prove the unique, sentient personhood of an unborn human being. It's hard not to prove it. Regardless of whatever else is going on in the country over the next few years, this process should begin now, if it hasn't already, simply because it carries the truth.

Her Heinous is ap bloodthisty monster. Consider those whose deaths she was complicit in in Benghazi, all the Arkancides, and all these unborn children. She is America’s Countess Elizabeth Bathory..

“We the People are not demanding that they do otherwise.”

Hence, the system we have today. The babies still die.

She overturned it in principle. That meaning is quite obvious in the context. Thanks, though.

She was, of course, using “person” in the broad sense. No different than a lump of coal.

We have “evolved to the stage where many Americans will conceded that a fetus, or unborn child is a person, and yet be willing to have him/her killed in the interest of the mother. Even if the child is perfectly healthy and the mother would not suffer physically or economically or even psychologically if she had to raise the child. For them having to have the operation is “punishment” enough for her poor choices. The range of what is considered rape now includes changing one’s mind about a relatively unclouded choice to have sex with a guy a dorm party. This is our hedonistic world. Eat as much as you like and not get fat.

One of the planks in the Republican Party’s platform is:

“Faithful to the “self-evident” truths enshrined in the Declaration of Independence, we assert the sanctity of human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed. We support a human life amendment to the Constitution and endorse legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to unborn children.”

By Hillary calling the unborn human life a child and person, she has (I’m sure unintentionally) endorsed the Human Life Amendment to the Constitution. No wonder she’s upset the pro-death camp!

Oh no. That's the excuse for importing 62 million immigrant aliens who had nothing to do with our country, its founding, its history, its position in the world.

Mestizo power, man! They will magically produce the taxes to pay all our SS benefits, even though they couldn't drag their own country out of the Third World for what, 500 years?

The Greatest Crime in History: the genocide of the children of the Greatest Nation that ever existed.

Think maybe it was a plan all along?!
