North American Law Center to Cruz: ‘Two Weeks to Admit You’re a Fraud – or We Will’

“In 2 weeks the North American Law Center will release proof that Ted Cruz is a fraud. They have issued his campaign a warning that if Cruz doesn’t tell the truth and step down they will release their proof – the truth that so many refused to believe or listen to.” – Karen Bracken

The North American Law Center issued this stark notice to the Cruz campaign on their latest podcast on April 3 (19:00 mark) –

“We’re talking about American citizens (who) think a guy who’s Canadian-born is eligible to be a U.S. president – without any documentation whatsoever. If Ted continues on – we are going to release the files we have, two weeks from tonight, and we will bury Ted Cruz forever in American politics… If we have to stop this guy from defrauding this nation, then we are going to do that.” – J.B. Williams, N.A.L.C.

I was wrong about the one year. In this article Cruz’s campaign said the moved there in 1967. The law in Canada at that time said you had to live there for 5 years to apply for citizenship so there is no way in 1970 she could have been a citizen.

Please see above post 106. Not only are the stories inconsistent but at that time Canada had special expedited citizenship for Cuban refugees.

How did Cruz get to be a US Senator with dual citizenship?

I should have been more thorough in my comment. If they expedited Raphael Cruz as a Cuban refugee his wife could have received her citizenship through the same action. There is no evidence that she did or did not which is why the consular form or the documentation submitted for Senator Cruz’s passport would clear up the misunderstanding.
Sadly I believe Ted Cruz wants to keep the issues cloudy because he knows that he is not a natural born citizen the more clear the facts become the harder it will be to blow past the issue.

Cruz did not reveal his dual citizenship when he ran for the Senate. When it was revealed he stated that he had not known that he was a Canadian citizen and in 2014 he renounced his citizenship.

Was this not George Romney’s undoing in the 60s?

Why is it that the “take my toys and go home” uber-conservatives, can’t find a lovable perfect-conservative-ICON, that IS a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN Patriot, and run him as a candidate?

Indeed. And that’s where Ted’s feigned conservatism is a real punch in the gut.

He’s just another opportunistic politician that stands for nothing and will stand for anything to advance his career.

He deserves to get busTED on one of his scandals.

Oops, here you go:
HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) – A Pennsylvania judge says he’ll decide soon on a court challenge that contends Texas Sen. Ted Cruz isn’t a U.S. citizen who is eligible to run for president and shouldn’t appear on the state’s primary ballot.

Commonwealth Court Judge Dan Pellegrini heard arguments Thursday.

Cruz is among six Republican candidates who filed paperwork in Pennsylvania to run for president. The Pennsylvania primary is April 26.

The challenger is Carmon Elliott of Pittsburgh.

Cruz’s lawyer Robert Feltoon argues that Cruz is a natural born citizen, even if he was born in Canada, because his mother is a U.S. citizen.

Feltoon also argues that the constitution delegates the question of whether a candidate for president is eligible to take office to the Electoral College and Congress, not the court.

Well, I have been sitting here thinking about that and admit to being dumbstruck. I don’t know how you can not know whether you’re a citizen of a country.

I wonder what happened. Or, is happening because of that.

Do you know whether he outed himself just before starting this campaign?

This takes me back to that brand spankin’ new, 2008 0bama US passport.

They’re speaking Beckanese. Since Cruz has become such pals with Beck, obviously one must speak his language:

Very soon, we will break the story of the Millennium.

Any minute, now...

You won’t believe it...

Really! Truly! Exclusive!

Oh, wait...

Was that a squirrel, Pat?

You, know I have a sad story about a squirrel, Pat. Can you grab me some Kleenex and a few gold coins? Speaking of gold coins, let’s hear from our sponsor, Goldline...

OK so then the expedited canadian citizenship path could have been taken by Rafael Sr, since he was Cuban with a US green card, and needed to establish residency in canada for the work & business.

How long a wait would it have been, to get the expedited citizenship?

Next question is, how did they view Eleanor, who was a US citizen already married to Rafael Sr.

What did they do for medical insurance, since Ted was born in a hospital there? Would it have covered non citizen spouses’ maternity pre- and post- natal care?

“A passport also serves as documentation of citizenship, and Cruz has a passport and has had one for a long time.”

A U.S. passport provides a rebuttable presumption of U.S. citizenship, but this U.S. passport is subject to revocation in the event it is discovered that the U.S. passport was obtained unlawfully by fraudulent misrepresentations of the facts in the application for the U.S. passport. At the present time there is no publicly available documentation that would support Ted Cruz’s claim of U.S. citizenship, and many in complete lines of evidence suggest it is possible for Ted Cruz to have failed to acquire any form of lawful U.S. citizenship in the event his mother expatriated from the United States. In any event Ted Cruz is not and can never be a natural born citizen due to his birth abroad with foreign citizenship, but he may or may not have a valid claim to naturalized U.S. citizenship using his mother’s purported U.S. citizenship.

I don’t know how you can not know whether you’re a citizen of a country.

A friend of mine once came up with a term: "Waldheimers Disease" where you can't remember that you're a Nazi war criminal.
