Yes, a 6.4 warning with a flurry of others that suggested this big one was coming.
Now it could be that over there releases pressure over here. OR, it could mean ours is coming.

Two powerful earthquakes have struck near the southern Japanese city of Kumamoto, a day after a tremor there killed at least nine people.

The quakes - a magnitude 7.1 (4.4 miles) at a depth of 7km and a 7.4 at a depth of 40km (25 miles) - came in quick succession, officials said.

Very disturbing. I don't think this is the end of it.

Very sorry to see that news. All-in-all, the Japanese people are tough, smart and resilient. They’ll get through it! Maybe other nations (like our own) will show their generous and charitable side to Japan now, too, and help those people.

Looks like several good sized aftershocks - 5.8, 5.7 and 4.7.

There were two yesterday and three today. 5.7 was the small one 7.0 the largest.
