Either God seeded the universe with false clues (radioisotope decay, the speed of light and the size of the universe), or he did not.

If the former, then he is a cosmic trickster. If the latter, he occasionally speaks in allegory.

I prefer to believe the latter.

Yeah, that’s confirming your own biases. Something not understood isn’t necessarily “false”.
You’re assigning relevance to things that don’t have any outside the meaning you’ve assigned to them.

IOW, The size of the universe doesn’t mean anything without the theory that it is expanding at a uniform rate. It isn’t.
