I’m willing to bet 80 percent of the people who voted for Romney in 2012 were only trying to stop Obama, period.

Romney has become incompetent and dangerous. He leaves a trail of political disasters behind him for others to clean up while he hides.

Mitt Romney is indeed a nasty little backstabbing weasel, AC86UT89.
I would not even trust Mitt to hold my dog for 60 seconds while I ran into a store to buy coffee.
He has become such a turncoat.

You can put me in that “Stop Obama 2012” voting category.

I bet Romney does not even give Cruz a second thought and he probably won’t lift a finger to help him recover from his terrible plan.

I notice that Romney didn’t tweet congratulations to Trump.

About the only thing Mitt can say is he was a better candidate than Turd Cruz, who didn’t even get the nomination.

Cruz made a severe miscalculation sidling up with Bush/Romney/GOP in his haste to win now when it was obvious this was Trump’s time. Cruz could have kept his outsider label and would be in a much better position today. Now many people will never trust him again.

Cruz showed himself to be unwise, hasty, and selfish and it has really cost him.

As for Romney he is a slithering snake and I believe he will find a way to try and help Hillary.

Romney and Fiorina are the two newest members of the Three Time Losers Club. Romney lost primary against loser McCain, lost Pres race against Obama, and now lost against Trump. Fiorina lost senate race in Calif, lost in Pres primary, lost again as VP primary candidate. Fiorina has the distinction of having lost twice in the same primary.

"Romney pushed Cruz into a quagmire. Romney created yet another losing mess. In the end, Romney gives Cruz a pat on the head and Romney slithers under the rocks and leaves Cruz in the swamp."

This is from the self described “severe conservative” who refused to articulate any conservative or patriotic principles when running for president.

This is from the man who's supporters describe as an etch-a sketch whose statements mean nothing and can be easily erased.

This is from the man who sabotaged every Republican conservative who has tried to seek office.

I wish Senator Cruz had not allied himself with Romney.

“About the only thing Mitt can say is he was a better candidate than Turd Cruz, who didn’t even get the nomination.”

Really? Trump won and you’re still trying to alienate Cruz supporters? It’s about time that those of us who voted for Trump (as I did a week ago today) acted like adults.

This is not a difficult concept: Personal insults directed at Cruz or at his voters do not make it more likely for the 30% of republican voters who preferred Cruz to vote Trump in November. That conduct makes it more likely for Hillary to win. Please give it some thought and start acting like a gracious winner - even if it’s an act.

To: Democrats hate too much

Since I turned 18 back in 1972, I have always voted for the most conservative Republicans (in my humble opinion) in the primaries and then supported the Republican nominees in the General. Only two exceptions: Michael Huffington for Senate in 1994 and Mitt Romney for President in 2012. I could not overcome the sense of deceit in either of these men to pull the lever and I have pulled the lever for some real stinkers in all those years.
