The left-wing website Salon just released a stomach-turning video attempting to normalize pedophilia. The video's narrator, a young pedophile, explains his "sexuality" and brands himself as a pedophile but not a "monster" or "child molester."

One "confesses" to the other one afternoon, and it becomes a "Thing" in the neighborhood.

Actually, that would be the only reason the Left won’t push pedophilia. Just like they suddenly get all puritanical about bigamy. It’s all about the taxes.
The main problem, as the elite sees it, with legalizing and normalizing pedophilia is that it will be more difficult to use it to blackmail ambitious politicians, media personalities etal once they are “out of the closet”.
Notice how Hillary won’t come out of the closet about her true sexual preferences.

"Pedophilia" is just the desire. Child rape is what they are promoting.
It might not strictly speaking be the "next step", but it's on the list and has been one of the goals all along.
