“Like the dems, the UAW has gone full blown commie.”

The unions haven’t “gone” commie they started that way. The words united, international and brotherhood were all intended to evoke the international brotherhood of communists. Recall that nations would be done away with for one world united and run by and for its workers. I think that is still the goal.

But, really, the unions are all about controlling the money they generate. Those pensions and the huge salaries of the top leadership are the real power of the unions.

Interesting comments. I am active UAW. I have a pension. The UAW has nothing whatsoever to do with my pension. Historically, unions formed and grew in factories in Michigan, where I live, because of working conditions and working hours, combined with low pay. Somewhere between here and there, the unions went south. Please, do not attempt to explaine unions if you do not know anything about same.
