Seems like this would or should raise more questions about Ted Cruz’s so called authenticity.
Anchor babies are born to ILLEGALs, and tourists or students on temporary visa’s.
Legal immigrants means those who are admitted to United States on a PERMANENT RESIDENT VISA, aka Green Card.
I do not know if Judge Gonzo’s parents were legal or illegal. Assuming they are legal, then a US born baby is not a necessary anchor for them to stay, because they already may have a PERMANENT visa.
