I have to commend your honesty in acknowledging that it is only being done to keep it in the "news".

But, I doubt that that it will effective. And since you used the word "potentially", you also doubt that it will be effective.

This is just like the govt shutdown and the demonstration at the WW 2 Memorial, which was attended by Klayman, Palin, Cruz, Mike Lee, Steve King, Michelle Bachman, neoconfederates, militia, oathkeepers, and tea party.

In the end, public opinion over the govt shutdown turned against the GOP and this lawsuit has the potential to turn against the GOP.
