I’m not trying to be obtuse, and it certainly seems that he did lie, but has someone explained why the hands of one of the swimmers are in the air through half of the surveillance video? That seems really weird to me.
And just last night he was an American hero being harrased by the Brazilian authorities.

Three minutes missing on video. Gun admittedly pulled money taken =robbery. Coerced statements from detained swimmers with no counsel, no rights. Yeah... #RioClownCops solved this mystery.
He still is. I don’t like how so many in this country assume the Brazilian thugs are telling the truth, when they refuse to release info about the thug cop or show the actual video that they say shows they lied.
This article pisses me off. Lochte did not just leave nilly willy. He had a planned airplane ticket and left thinking the story was over. I hope the four are vindicated over this complete BS story. Brazil is in the wrong and is a crap country.
