Opponents of the Iranian nuclear deal blasted the Obama administration on Thursday for misleading the American public, the Jewish Insider reported.
The condemnations came after reports emerged that Iran was secretly allowed to evade certain restrictions in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) so that it could begin receiving sanctions relief.
According to the report, released by the DC-based Institute for Science and International Security and revealed by Reuters, a P5+1 joint commission formed to oversee implementation of the accord gave Iran some exemptions so that its nuclear facilities would be in compliance with the deal by January 16, 2016, the deadline for the beginning of the lifting of sanctions.
As part of the concessions that allowed Iran to exceed uranium limits, Reuters reported, the joint commission agreed to exempt unknown quantities of 3.5 percent LEU contained in liquid, solid and sludge wastes stored at Iranian nuclear facilities. The agreement restricts Iran to stockpiling only 300 kg of 3.5 percent LEU.
The commission approved a second exemption for an unknown quantity of near 20 percent LEU in lab contaminant that was determined to be unrecoverable, as well as allow Iran to keep operating 19 radiation containment chambers larger than the deal set, according to the report.

It’s called “Grubering”
The Democrat Party believes that it is a good thing to lie to the voters. “On behalf of the common good” as Hillary says.
"In a 2014 New Yorker interview, Obama said his goal was to create a 'new equilibrium' in the Middle East.
In the short run, at least, his signature diplomatic undertaking can be counted on to bring more violence to this volatile region.
The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, as the [Obama-Putin Iran deal] agreement is formally known, provides the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism an infusion of somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 billion of unfrozen assets and a great deal more of continuing revenues as businesses and governments around the world rush to profit from oil-and-gas-rich Iran's reintegration into the world economy.
The agreement relaxes the international isolation of the Islamic Republic and ratifies Tehran's status as a nuclear threshold state. And it relieves restrictions on Iran's acquisition of weapons, including ballistic missiles. ..."

As the Pentagon warily eyes a Russian military build-up in Syria, Western intelligence sources tell Fox News that the escalated Russian presence began just days after a secret Moscow meeting in late July between Iran's Quds Force commander - their chief exporter of terror - and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Fox News has learned Quds head Qassem Soleimani and Putin discussed such a joint military plan for Syria at that meeting, an encounter first reported by Fox News in early August. ..."
The Quds Force is the international arm of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, involved in exporting terrorism to Irans proxies throughout the Middle East including Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Yemen. ..."
Officials who have monitored the build-up say they've seen more than 1,000 Russian combatants - some of them from the same plainclothes Special Forces units who were sent to Crimea and Ukraine. Some of these Russian troops are logistical specialists and needed for security at the expanding Russian bases.
A prominent pro-Hezbollah newspaper in Lebanon reported Tuesday that Russia and the terrorist organization have formed an alliance and will fight together in Syria. "The parties to the alliance are the states of Russia, Iran, Syria, and Iraq, with Lebanon's Hezbollah as the fifth party,"
Al-Akhbar Editor in Chief Ibrahim al-Amin wrote. The pact would be called the "4+1 alliance", a pun based on the P5+1 that negotiated the nuclear deal with Iran. Hezbollah is a proxy of Iran based in Lebanon and Moscow has been working with Tehran to save Bashar al-Assad's regime, even sending men and weapons to Syria.

In a phone interview with CNN Tuesday evening, Trump claimed that theres something in the Iran deal that people dont understand saying if someone attacks Iran, we have to come to their defense.
Does that include Israel? Trump asked. And most people say yes, they dont have an exclusion for Israel. So if Israel attacks Iran, according to that deal, I believe, the way it reads, unless they have a codicil or they have something to it, that we have to fight with Iran against Israel. ..."
Trump was most probably referring to language highlighted by the opponents of the deal. On page 142, the deal includes a clause that states, Co-operation through training and workshops to strengthen Irans ability to protect against, and respond to nuclear security threats, including sabotage, as well as to enable effective and sustainable nuclear security and physical protection systems.
Washington-based Center for Security Policy asserted that Annex III appears to commit the United States and other world powers to the defense of Irans nuclear program.
The Grand Islamic facilitator. Whooda thunk ???
The Barky and the Clinton are the same, one is white and one is black, the ONLY difference!!!
You mean he lied to us.
Like he has been lying to us about everything, including who he is.
The Kenyanesian Usurpation happened with the full cooperation of BOTH parties.
Most here, except the trolls, knew the muzzie kenyan was lying, but "strangely" the morons in congress went right along. 0bama's plan all along has been to make iran a nuclear armed muzzie power.
If you like his Iran plan, you can keep his Iran plan.
The liar’s black. The liar’s white. Together they work to bring the night.
I wonder how much longer until Iran performs their first atomic test detonation?
The only one to vote against was Sen. Cotton.
Even the great Constitutionalist (cough, cough) Ted Cruz voted to stand the Constitution on its head with the Corker bill.

Ted Cruz: Iran nuclear deal 'the worst betrayal' of American terror victims

So why did he vote for Corker, which made the Iran “deal” possible?
Sorry, but Ted Cruz is all about Ted Cruz.
He knew he was ineligible and ran for President anyway.
I have no repsect for him.
The Corker Iran bill passed the Senate 98-1 today and if you are like me, you are wondering if that one no vote was Ted Cruz. Well, it wasnt. He, along with all of his Republican colleagues voted to pass the Corker Iran bill despite the fact that it cedes treaty power in regard to this Iran nuclear deal to Obama.
Cruz explains why in a press release from just moments ago:
WASHINGTON, D.C. U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, released the following statement regarding votes on the Iran Nuclear Review Act:
This bill was a missed opportunity. If Congress had acted to defend our constitutional authority if Congress had adopted the Cruz-Toomey amendment then we would be able to stop a bad Iran deal. Instead, the odds are now overwhelming that under these ground rules President Obama will negotiate, and Congress will acquiesce to, a terrible deal that allows Iran to acquire nuclear weapons and will endanger the lives of millions of Americans and our allies.
I voted no on cloture because we should have insisted on amendments to put real teeth in this bill. Ultimately, I voted yes on final passage because it may delay, slightly, President Obamas ability to lift the Iran sanctions and it ensures we will have a Congressional debate on the merits of the Iran deal. I will continue to lead the fight to prevent the Islamic Republic of Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and to protect the national security of America and our allies.
Not worth much.
I remember reading it at the time and not buying it at all.
It was that vote and cloture for TPA that opened my eyes about Ted Cruz.
The closer I looked without the rose-colored glasses, the less I liked.
He’s a fraud who learned the right phrases and how to act conservative.
It was all about getting him to the White House.
The Constitution says he is not eligible.
The Kenyanesian Usurper got by with it and he wanted to as well.
The resolution for McCain stated his TWO citizen parents was what made him a natural born citizen even though he was born in Panama.
The claim for Obama was he was born here, even though he claimed a Kenyan national as father.
Neither were eligible, nor were Cruz, Jindal, Haley and Rubio.
Both parties wanted to get rid of the natural born citizen requirement.
Natural born citizen means both.
Born here of citizen parents.
The founders wanted no foreign influence.
No foreign birth
No foreign parent(s)
No foreign citizenship(s)
It certainly never meant Cubans born in Canada.
