After finishing a campaign speech in Fort Pierce, Florida, Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton grasped an arm to steady herself before going down the steps off the stage.
After walking to the top of the stairs, she paused and pointed at someone. A man, perhaps a Secret Service agent, approached her from behind and offered her his arm.

Clinton steadied herself and took one step, but let go of his arm as she descended the remaining four steps required to leave the stage.

My wife was diagnosed with primary progressive MS a few years ago. I have put more and more hand rails up as time has gone by, in the garage, the bathroom.
Recently I have to help her up off the couch and into bed. She falls even with a walker.
Yeah, the assistance Clinton is getting reminds me too very much of what you and she are going through. If this is what she suffering from she has no business in this race. But even if she were perfectly healthy she would have no business in the WH.

ASL for "I Love You" - at least, the three-fingered one on the right (thumb, index finger, pinkie). The thumb on the left may be obscured; if it isn't, it's ASL for "Bullsh_t" - but let's give the Hillary fan the benefit of the doubt and say the thumb is obscured...LOL

I think this is being overplayed.
I have knee problems and at 51 have some issues going down stairs. I have no difficulty going up, I can hike, bike, walk, play half-court basketball... but I’m sure I look like that going down the stairs.
Funny ASL story: my wife was a student at Gallaudet (college for the deaf in Washington DC) back in the 70’s. During Carter’s inauguration, the students got the day off and were given a prominent spot on Pennsylvania Avenue. My to-be-wife was with her friends holding up a “Gallaudet College” banner.
You may have heard that one of the things Carter did during the drive from the Capitol to the White House was, he got out of the limo and walked up Pennsylvania Ave. When he got to the Gally students, he flashed the “ILY” sign with both hands to them. The kids loved it.
Mondale was a few feet behind Carter, and saw him do this. Unfortunately for him, he didn’t know ASL. He mimicked what he thought was the same sign, except he didn’t use his thumbs. When he got to the Gally students, he was flashing “Bulls__t”!
She laughs about that incident to this day. :-)
