I’m not familiar with Florida law, but I’m going to assume that there’s no provision in the voter registration section of the law dealing with extensions for a natural disaster - thus, Clinton’s lawsuit will be a loser.
People usually can register any time within 2 years of an election, certainly within 1. In most states, if you voted in the last 4 - 6 years, you’re STILL registered. So all that Matthew has done is to prevent a bunch of last-minute fraudulent registrations (which explains why Clinton is upset - but don’t worry, Witch, you were going to lose FL anyway).
They have had 2 years since the last Federal Election to Register.
