Plus, they said right just a couple days ago that this new investigation would take time and wouldn’t be resolved before the election.
It was all planned. Comeys statement in July was full of innuendo, no one believed him. Last week when the polls started leaning Trump, when Hillary needed help, thus the announcement of reopening the investigation.
So Comey gets a do-over, all hands on deck and there still isn’t anything to charge her with.........we now have a rehabilitated Hillary. It was a scam.
He had to pretend to do something about the revelation of 650,000 emails. So this is the result “nothing to see here, move along”. I think even non-Trumpers would have to wonder what’s the deal, since they *just got through saying* it would take awhile to go through them!

It's not clear, but there seems to be a LOT of evidence that the Foundation is hinky to the max!
And as for the FBI 'clearing' Hillary, it has done no such thing. Comey cannot bring charges against Hillary, I believe ONLY the DOJ can convene a Grand Jury, which can hear testimony and see evidence regarding the charges. Sounds like Loretta Lynch has told Comey that won't happen, so he's stuck without anything to investigate.
But an indictment could still happen in a Trump Presidency, because the Attorney General serves at the pleasure of the President, and Loretta Lynch will be OUTTA THERE come Jan. 21st. When Trump names a new AG, that person could call for a Grand Jury, then all of this becomes active, again.
Now the Clinton Foundation is another kettle of fish entirely, and one that is working against Hillary in this election.
I believe it does make sense...It wasn't Comey who discovered the traitorous actions of Clinton in the beginning...He apparently was charged with 'cleaning up the mess'...
The story is that the New York police found a file named 'Life Insurance' which contained all kinds of damning information against the Clinton regime...To continue the story, the New York police informed the FBI with one caveat; 'Don't ignore this newfound evidence or we will make it public'...
Comey had no choice but to make a vague public announcement that he would continue the investigation...Being the hatchet man and Clinton/Podesta insider that he is, he made a show of investigating and cleared Clinton just two days before the election...That time frame leaves no one with the time to bring the case forward before the election...
