The passerby, who had a Concealed Weapons License, exited his vehicle and instructed the suspect to stop beating the deputy
after noncompliance from the suspect, the passerby shot the suspect three times, sources said.
God Bless

In a state like those, just shoot and drive away. It’s almost certain the deputy will have no recollection of you or your vehicle.

Two in the chest, one in the head, good shooting!

Tell me, again, where the training is available to shoot, and hit, the brainstem with the first and only round? It's how Spetsnaz trains.

And his Mother added that Jamal was really looking forward to continuing his studies to be a rocket scientist.
What a shame. Such a promising individual snuffed out in the prime of his life.

A good story and a happy ending.

There are many step to obtain the Concealed Weapons License.
Studying State and Federal gun laws, knowing your weapon and how to SAFELY carry and, not the least, dealing with the decision to one day use, it if necessary, to possibly take another human’s life.
Not to be entered into as “something cool to do.”
We must all be conscious of how the “good Samaritan” will remember this day for the rest of his life.

Omigosh! You really should read the comments from everybody; they are great. One person said he hoped the citizen was George Zimmerman! LOL!

There are many step to obtain the Concealed Weapons License. Not in Vermont. No license needed to open or conceal carry. That's the way it should be.

Double-tap center mass rapid-fire - probably gets the guy to stop beating the LEO. Now that you have a relatively stationary target, one carefully aimed shot to the head to ensure the attack stops...
