Not in Vermont. No license needed to open or conceal carry. That’s the way it should be.

As of Jan.1, there will be 11 states with constitutional carry. Missouri being the latest. Passed in Mo. over rat governor’s veto.
Governor elect is a Republican.
According to one eye-witness video I saw, the deputy was heard to shout, “Shoot him!” to the armed citizen. Clearly, the deputy was afraid for his life and the citizen is a hero for coming to his aid.
Hmmmm, Estero is a little too far south of McDill to be a SOCOM employee.
