You don’t have to lose your job to feel the impact of losing even a small part of your production. Maybe OT is cut, maybe they don’t hire any new people or cut out certain shifts. It’s never good to lose production even if it’s a little bit. I just dont get all the gnashing of teeth over this tbh. The headlines are from articles.
