I realize this guy is some random kook, but isn’t what he’s doing illegal?

I did, on Nov 8th.

There is that. Thank you.

I want to see all of America be great again, including California.

There are about 190,000 active duty military personnel in California and about 50,000 reserves in about 30 bases and facilities. Some these like Vandenberg Air Force Base, that launches military satellites into orbit, are critical to national security. Naval Base Point Loma is a nuclear submarine facility.

Any real attempt by California to sever itself from U.S. jurisdiction would likely result in the military occupation of the state by U.S. forces, the imposition of martial law, and mass arrests and incarceration of rebels. This Louis Marinelli is promoting treason and he should be dealt with by the FBI.

Prediction: The balance of the supreme court will swing to the right, Roe v. Wade will be reversed, gay marriage will be reversed, Obamacare will be reversed, millions of illegals living in CA will “stay in the shadows”.

CA will break away.

“No, it won’t. If they want to go, I don’t see anybody willing to employ violence to make them stay.”

We did in 1861. Seriously, there are to many Americans who naturally envision California as PART OF AMERICA to just say “Bye, bye” as if it were nothing.

Nope. Not even one county in CA will be let go. CA is just too valuable due to the coast line and its fertile farming valley along with all the military bases positioned there for defense and other geopolitical reasons. Allowing it to secede and become its own or part of another country would leave us very vulnerable. It it isn’t careful the nation may choose to sanction it and not let it vote in national elections though. That’s something worth looking at even if it takes making a new law to do it.

This will not go anywhere. If anything it will motivate the country to drain the illegals out of the swamps that some of CA has become.

Now I can see it become a NorCal and SoCal; breaking into two states - maybe even 3, 4, or even 5 states with L.A county becoming a state and the Bay Area also becoming a state. I know there’s a section in the far north that would love to break away from the liberalism of what CA is today. Breaking up the state may be the only way to fix it at this point.

Maybe not today or tomorrow, but California's future is headed that way IMHO. Just a matter of time.

People keep laughing about this as if it’s all a joke. IT’S NOT A JOKE. This is going to turn into a real movement. No state can take in millions and millions of illegals from a foreign nation(s) and not be effected by it. California WILL see the birth of a REAL secessionist movement and it’s going to lead to serious violence if this garbage is not ended soon.

I hope its not a joke. I don’t think its garbage at all. Hell, if I knew who to contribute some of my hard earned money to, i would. These morons need to be encouraged. Please, secede. PLEASE........

I recall reading once that 75% of the state’s annual precipitation falls north of Sacramento, and 75% of the water demand is south of the capital. Would love to live long enough to see a ‘Norcal’ with that kind of leverage.

So he’s opening an “embassy” in the country that allegedly supported the election of his mortal enemy. Makes perfect sense...not.

This is like the current debate about the EC.

The vast majority of the counties in cali are red counties who went for trump.

BUT,

The votes are in the cities and there is nothing the rest of the state can do about it at the ballot box.

BUT,

Those red counties also control the production and delivery of the food, water, and power to the cities. In other words if there is a resistance to this pipe dream the cities will just be choked off and have to face conservative guns.

Liberals love to believe they control everything. We will ask them about that again after a week of no food deliveries, no water, no power, and no working toilets...

The smell erupting from the cities will tell the story.

” When, therefore, Texas became one of the United States, she entered into an indissoluble relation. All the obligations of perpetual union, and all the guaranties of republican government in the Union, attached at once to the State. The act which consummated her admission into the Union was something more than a compact; it was the incorporation of a new member into the political body. And it was final. The union between Texas and the other States was as complete, as perpetual, and as indissoluble as the union between the original States. There was no place for reconsideration or revocation, except through revolution or through consent of the States.[7]”
Salmon P. Chase, Chief Justice of the United States.
Texas v. White

If I read this correctly , CA may secede with the permission of the other states.

“Prediction: The balance of the supreme court will swing to the right, Roe v. Wade will be reversed, gay marriage will be reversed, Obamacare will be reversed, millions of illegals living in CA will “stay in the shadows”.”

All that, and we still won’t be able to do anything about the foreign invaders in our midst?

Getting a handle on the illegals will actually be the easiest of those targets to achieve. It only takes simple enforcement of our existing laws.
