8-year-old transgender boy barred from Cub Scouts

From the moment he joined, 8-year-old Joe Maldonado eagerly looked forward to camping trips and science projects as a member of the Cub Scouts. But his expectations were dashed after his mother said she received a phone call from a scouting official who told her that Joe would no longer be allowed to participate because he was born a girl.

Kristie Maldonado said she was stunned because her son had been a member of Cub Scout Pack 87 in Secaucus for about a month, and his transgender status had not been a secret. But some parents complained, an official from the Northern New Jersey Council Boy Scout told her – even though her son had been living as a boy for more than a year and was accepted as a boy at school, she said

Chill. We don't know that she's a single mother, but if she is, maybe her husband or boyfriend ran off rather than be saddled with a child.

Certainly possible, but I'd put a fifty on this woman having been a willing single mother, whether through a frivolous divorce or simply screwing around out of wedlock. But, in either case, this bitch should still be in jail for child abuse because she is deliberately aiding and abetting the sexual derangement of her own daughter. This is an 8-year-old we're talking about.

It’s more along the lines that such an organization has little to no chance long term. A small percentage of the overall population are even scouts, a fraction of that would be homosexual. Basically a minority within a minority. Hard to sustain itself as a group. Probably Doomed to a downward spiral.

This stuff scares me. I have a friend a few years younger that was very effeminate when he was young. Dad wasn’t exactly Chuck Norris level manly, but straight. A lot of people I knew were pretty convinced he was “one of those”. He just grew out of it. Then when the testosterone started flowing Sissy Boy vanished. A couple of years later I was jealous of his pick of the best girls. He’s happily married to a beautiful, smart, and talented (they are both good musicians) woman. They have three children. I hate to think how catastrophic his life would have been had his parents decided to show the world how progressive they were by butchering the kids body and telling him he was really a girl.

And the Girl Scouts supports the “transgender” boy in a dress to the point of not telling the other children, their parents or sponsoring organizations.

At 8 years old, I was not really understanding what the difference was, but would have been told by my parents to knock it off if as a boy I had said I wanted to be a girl. They would have told me to go out and play with the other boys.

This child’s parents are the ones who need to be shown some direction. It is them that are the problem. Why didn’t they say to the girl that nature made you a girl, you will be a girl until you die, get over it and go play? That is what transpires in a normal household.

These parents are in fact leading this child into a life wherein she will be mixed up. She is a little girl. Tell her that. Then tell her she cannot change what nature had prescribed.
