Appearing on Joy Reid’s MSNBC show, intelligence and national security commentator Malcolm Nance said this morning that Donald Trump is “pushing this nation to a constitutional crisis of unprecedented magnitude.” Nance accused Trump of working “in the interest of a hostile nation and supporting, to a certain extent, a hostile intelligence service.”
Nance was reacting to Trump’s reluctance to give a full-throated acceptance of the views of the US intelligence community regarding Russian hacking. Nance predicted that Trump will attempt a cover-up and will “gut” the intelligence agencies.

An awful lot of people collect a salary for doing nothing. Many of them don’t even report to work on a regular basis. I have a few in my family. They golf, shop, dine, and travel for leisure as they have no show jobs.

While he certainly has an impressive resume it does not mean he has all of the answers in this equation. He himself may be harboring biases that skew his conclusions regarding this matter.
But it certainly does not rise to the level of Constitutional crisis in the least. More importantly it reduces the level of needless war crisis over something that even if were true, are something all countries, including us, engage in.
Furthermore, there is no evidence that if the Russians were behind this, that they made up false facts and ran a campaign of deception to wrongly besmirch candidate Clinton. That seems to be the elephant in the room that is never discussed.
There has been no repudiation or evidence introduced or even mentioned, that suggests any of the emails released via Wikileaks were anything other than what was actually sent and received. That holds true in both cases of Podesta and the DNC releases.
The truth was laid bare for all to see. If that truth swayed minds it certainly was not enough to keep candidate Clinton from supposedly winning the popular vote. However, Donald J. Trump's message of America first was enough to sway voters in battleground states. Some of which Hillary never even bothered to visit.
Bottom line is that, this is not a Constitutional crisis, regardless of what someone who has an impressive resume in the field of terrorism concludes.
St. Valarie Plame is a poster girl for why the CIA needs to be gutted and reorganized. How many other DNC operatives are masquerading as “intelligence agents”?
Test people are really throwing a fat pitch to Trump.
If I were Trump I would use my first public address to say, “I agree with our friends in the media, we cannot have a foreign government spreading false news and attempting to affect our elections. We are going to investigate every single leaked DNC and Hillary email to find out how many are valid and truthful. In addition we will begin deep investigation into voting irregularities starting with states identified by our good friend,Jill Stein. And finally, we are going to establish a national voter ID that will be completely subsidized for the poorest of our citizens.
