No I wouldn't.....I would have been applauding him and yelling at the DMV to start counting faster. Then I would have left and come back the following day........LOL!

AND what if you could not come back the following day ? What if you had to take unpaid time off work to go to the DMV ? What if you told your boss you needed another day off work, and he said you could have them all off, because you're fired ?

Assuming (big assumption) that the guy was right and the government bureaucrats were wrong, I would support his right to fight back in whatever legal way he can. My main problem with his approach is that the people he is disagreeing with are probably not the people who have to deal with the pennies.

We really need a way to make the people who cause the problem deal with the problem. Usually it’s some high level manager or politician who is responsible, but some low level clerk gets blasted with the fallout.
