I’ve been adamant that Obama would never pardon Hillary or Bill, but this step allows the Clintons to steal all the remaining money, thus finalizing the crime, which then allows Obozo to pardon them. They can then laugh and say “Full and Complete Pardon for All Crimes to Date” as people point out their fake charity, bribery, treason, rapes and murders.
