The influence peddling could be done without the foundation but the foundation was necessary to launder the money, giving a fake cover story of philanthropy and a way to pretend that it did not go directly to the Clinton family.
I think this means that the evidence has already been destroyed. Let's see who leaves the country.
So now how are they going to pay back the ‘donors’ who bought influence from the Clintons fair and square, but now the Clintons can’t deliver their end of the bargain?
If they could have somehow kept the Foundation going, they could have used new donations to pay back disgruntled old ‘donors’ in a ponzi scheme.
Many of these ‘donors’ are unsavory types - how much will it cost us in extra Secret Service activity to protect the Clintons from their donors?
Maybe the Clintons will have to get a real job to try to pay back the disgruntled donors. But do they know how to do anything in the real world?

Chelsea has been unfortunate looking since she was a child. True that she wasn’t even a pretty bride despite all the hair, dress and makeup help.
Look at Chelsea’s eyes in that pic. I’m I just seeing things or does she look like one of those reptillian, shape shifting, alien overlords that David Icke is always screaming about? She certainly is butt-ugly enough to be a lizard.
