President-elect Donald Trump will sign as many as 200 executive orders targeting a wide range of Obama administration policies, according to Fox News judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano.
Napolitano told Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum Wednesday night that, based on his conversations with the president-elect, Trump could sign hundreds of regulations on his third full day in office. The judge did not say what policies were being targeted by the incoming administration.

Exactly so. But that won’t stop the Left from crying foul over it. To liberal, history started at breakfast this morning..................
There are hundreds of references to the “Secretary (HHS) shall”. Probably can gut it there.
Well, obviously, there are limits to the power of executive orders. However, it is just as obvious that anything that has been passed through an executive order can be repealed through an executive order.
I agree.
Well, if 200 is all he can get rid of on day one. Try for more on Saturday.
If FR had a like button I’d click it. Lol.
Gee it’s a good thing that dunce has (pretend) Constitutional scholars like you around to keep him in line.
The first one I’d like President Trump to get rid of is the one that sealed all BO’s records.
Winner!!!!
That’s going to be a long morning, double checking each Executive Order, and then signing it.
At a rate of 1 minute per EO, he is looking a 3 and a half hours just to work his way through the stack.
Noting that many leaders of all three branches of the corrupt federal government were evidently indoctrinated with anti-constitutional republic interpretations of the Constitution in Ivy League law schools, please consider the following.
Heres the Supreme Court-issued license for ordinary voters, people like you and me, to reasonably interpret the Constitution.
3. The Constitution was written to be understood by the voters; its words and phrases were used in their normal and ordinary as distinguished from technical meaning; where the intention is clear, there is no room for construction and no excuse for interpolation or addition. United States v. Sprague, 1931.
There are probably many constitutionally savvy FReepers that would do a good better job than current, anti-state sovereignty activist Supreme Court justices.
And if you arent already familiar with Congresss constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers, Section 8 a page of clauses in the Constituton authored by the Founding States, Judge Andrew Napolitano will read it to you in under three minutes.
Judge Napolitano & the Constitution
You forgot racism.
Even better news:\
Nixon started the EPA with an EXECUTIVE ORDER!!!
Trump can cancel that!!!
Is it one for each Obama EO?”””
Obama signed more than 200 EO’s. He signed more EO’s that ALL the prior Presidents combined. I am pretty sure he has signed more than 200 since Trump won the election.
I wonder if you can just sign one big order that voids all other orders?
The left will go beserk no matter what he does, and everyday.
