SAGINAW (WWJ/AP) – A man whose drug-related prison sentence was commuted in November by President Barack Obama has been fatally shot at a federal halfway house in Michigan after two men with assault-style rifles sought him out, police said.
Two men wearing masks went into Bannum Place in Saginaw on Monday night with plans to kill 31-year-old Damarlon Thomas, a former Saginaw gang member. Lt. David Kaiser said Thomas was shot several times by one of the men as some of the roughly two dozen people at the home were held at gunpoint.

How sad. Could have been Obama’s son. In fact, so could the shooters.

Theses are non-violent crimes according to Obama.
Natural born citizens only from now on.
Like the Constitution requires.
I wish I were in a position to make sure this is a requirement, but the "powers that be" see things differently, and I don't see them changing their mind.

Why do I feel a need to paraphrase Patton about the reverend here?
In this story they guy let loose early was killed. We will surely get other stories where the guy let loose early kills. Obama didn’t just cut loose a bunch of poor college freshmen unjustly imprisoned for years after being caught with a bag of someone else’s pot in their car.
Let’s just hope Bradley Manning didn’t make any serious enemies like that with his huge national security breach... Could be more dangerous for him on the outside.
Now that Obama has moved his vacation to the Caribbean after spending a few days in California with 2 homosexuals, he may not hear about his latest eff up for a few days.
So...it worked out
He had been in prison for a victimless crime, doncha know?
