Influential Mexicans are pushing an aggressive and perhaps risky strategy to fight a likely increase in deportations of their undocumented compatriots in the U.S.: jam U.S. immigration courts in hopes of causing the already overburdened system to break down.
The proposal calls for ad campaigns advising migrants in the U.S. to take their cases to court and fight deportation if detained. The backlog in the immigration system is tremendous, said former Foreign Minister Jorge Castañeda. The idea is to double or triple the backlog, until [U.S. President Donald] Trump desists in this stupid idea, he added.

TALKING POINTS-—Whenifhow posted: This is the most politically explosive admission by the Mexican government in the past decade. .... Castaneda is openly admitting a willingness to promote drug trafficking.
Additionally, Jorge Castaneda is so proud of the threat, he even posted a video of the discussion on his own YouTube page..... ....the implications here are so politically explosive, and the admission so brutally obvious and threatening, it could undermine the entire argument of the Mexican government and expose an open secret of collusion they would prefer to remain hidden.
“So the elite Spanish/European Mexicans want to jam up our courts to keep the lower class Mestizo Mexicans here to send remittances to their country to prop up their country club, gated community lifestyles?”
Yep. That’s about right.
L
ITEM--A report on intl gambling lists the select few who are the casino's biggest bettors.... Mexicans along w/ multi-billionaires like Arabs and Asian billionaires are regulars at the high rolling gaming tables.
Mexico is not a country that is in need of US tax dollars....the remittances their citizens here send back home finance a lavish lifestyle for the federales.
=============================================
The appalling govt corruption in Mexico needs to be exposed.
Mexico's deception is a long-running soap opera. Trump needs to expose them. Mexico manipulates public opinion---wants everybody to believe they're helpless---just a poverty-stricken place besieged by drug cartels. They fake the story that millions of its citizens are forced to jump the border to have a "better life" by riding the US gravy train.
REALITY CHECK---FOLLOW THE MONEY-----the resignation of Agustin Carstens, chief of Mexicos central bank, has left MSM pundits and even business analysts scratching their heads. It appears no-one has any idea why Carstens is leaving ...... well, almost no-one.
ITEM--- Mexico has been swilling at the US trough....grabbing our tax dollars hand over fist.
ITEM---Mexico is one of the top ten countries receiving US foreign aid----almost a billion per year besides raking in hundreds of millions via the infamous "Merida Initiative."
ITEM---Mexicans here send home back billions of our tax dollars.....the federales are prolly getting a huge cut of that.
ITEM--Some 125 countries including Muslim scum gather at the Mexican border to stroll into the US. Mexico prolly gets a fee from each country to let that happen.
ITEM--The Merida Initiative alone has blanketed Mexico w/ millions of US tax dollars for years and years.
Yes, I figured 10,000 a day to get them out in 3 years, and that's working 24/7. So I hope they will cut off benefits and welfare, and free schooling, etc., so they will self-deport. I hope Trump and the Republicans will stand strong on this!
This is so true. They love to plaster photos of the protesters smashing things to show how much everyone hates Trump, but I think every story gets Trump 100 more voters. And they will love to feature all these tear-jerker stories of illegals, they will have a field day with this. But it also may backfire.
I have been surprised lately, on some Yahoo News stories that have been posted here lately, how much the comments on Yahoo have been very pro-Trump. Also, on Trump's Facebook page, it used to be off the wall nasty, and the last few videos have had a wide majority favorable comments. The expected places are still uber-nasty, but I really think we are seeing the value of the Internet. The visibility of what's really going on is spreading wide and deep.
Fine.
Deport them until their court date.
Then they can come back for their court date and be told they don’t have any ground to stand on because they are not citizens.
>>I am sure things can be expedited...
Trebuchets.. large Trebuchets.
Step 1 is to turn them back at the border. Catch them all, and don’t release them within the United States.
Deportations are step 2, and we need a much more streamlined court process for those. A good judge should be able to handle 10 per day, locking up those who “need more time to prepare” and deporting anyone who is not a lawful resident of the United States. We just need enough judges to do the job - judges who believe in the rule of law.
Time to CLOSE the Ports of Entry along the Mexican Border, they will CAVE in 5days or less
“This is why cutting off school admission, medical benefits and public assistance is required to rid the US of these leeches.”
We don’t need to cut it off, just make Public Employee’s and Public Employee Retiree’s PAY FOR IT through a special assessment on their Incomes. They will disappear very quickly.
Yep read the notes to the Amendment by the sponsor
Is "Influential Mexican" a euphemism for "Light Skinned Mexican Who Doesn't Want His Swarthy Brethren Back"?
Even better, take all captured illegals to Gitmo, and send them through a one-way gate into Cuba. Let Raoul deal with it.
Solution:
Make them wait in a jail or a prison for their court date and they might change their mind.
Senator Jacob Howard (R-MI), the sponsor of the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment stated specifically that its meaning is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, [or] who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.
Birthright citizenship was never intended to be a byproduct of the 14th amendment by those who wrote, sponsored or passed it. The fact that the meaning of the 14th amendment has been twisted to give citizenship to the offspring of illegal invaders is a glaring example of judicial activism in its most perverted form. It obviously makes no sense from a historical or even a common sense point of view. If the country is to have any chance of surviving in a form envisioned by our forefathers the concept of “birthright citizenship” must be stopped dead in its tracks.
First, immigration courts are not required to exist at all, they should be abolished.
Second, Congress should restrict the appellate jurisdiction of the courts to prevent them from hearing immigration cases.
This problem would be easily solved with a Congress on Trump’s side - but they are not, in fact, the GOP majority is pro-immigration and anti-enforcement.
Trump has about six months to decide what to do with the GOP and whether or not he needs to run Trumpians in 2018 for the House and Senate.
Additionally, Jorge Castaneda is so proud of the threat,
We will see how “proud” this horse’s ass is when a battalion of U.S. Marines goes down there and kicks his fat butt into the gulf.
Yeah......I’d sure like to see that.
