“aiding and abetting”

If a person assists another person (or group of persons) who is a criminal (or group of criminals), that person has committed a felony, and can be charged with the same crime or crimes committed by the criminal(s).

And, that includes the murder of another person or persons.

So, if the person being hidden has already committed crimes, any and all involved in hiding that person .. CAN BE CHARGED WITH “aiding or abetting”.
