In the Past regardless of what the Committee’s investigating Obama’s thugs came up with regarding Benghazi, IRS, Clinton’s emails, selling of the Uranium etc. they all knew full well going in that no way in hell was ether Holder or Lynch going to do a damned thing about any illegalities.

I’m losing patience with Chaffetz, Issa and a number of others up there. They make a lot of noise then little or NOTHING happens. In the case of Chaffetz, as a converted Mormon, I think he’s still pissed that both Romney and McMuffin, the other Mormon Romney put up in a vain effort to stop Trump, were rejected by the voters.
Then there’s the problem that they believe obozo is immune from the law due to his color. OMG, can’t trigger a race war because we hold the black guy to the same standards as the rest of us.

They’re covered though because if a FISA is in process, they can claim plausible deniability, or we’re applying for a new one later, working on it now.
In October, 2016, they panicked when they saw Trump might win. They watered down the FISA, left Trump’s name out, and applied again. This one was approved and Obama is smiling thinking, “Now I’m covered.” He was golfing and telling illegals to vote and probably didn’t even think he might be in trouble as he thought the deep state had guaranteed a Hillary win. Either way, he’s smiling and has plausible deniability, or so he thinks. He thinks he’s untouchable.
Hey Obama, No you’re not. What you did was unlawful, despicable, smacks of tyranny and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This behavior is not and will not be permitted by persons in power in these United States. This is not the Soviet Union or a Banana Republic. Your war on America is about to cease.
