“I hope the judge moves in that direction and issues a ruling saying so.

Then the H.O.R. can impeach his sorry ass.”

Paul Ryan will be the first one jumping and clapping for the judge’s ruling.

Trump has to take this all the way to the SC

No, no, NO!

You're giving the judical branch the opportunity and authority to reshape the already established constitutional powers and sovereignty of a separate branch of the government.

They could very well rule that the President does not have the powers granted to him by the Constitution and the law.

The President is well within his rights to publicly rebuke these black robed liberal activists, and IGNORE their illegal orders!

I'm afraid the President created this constitutional crisis when he chose to obey judge Robarts' first illegal restraining order. In doing so, he set the stage for activist judges across the country to nullify his authority at every turn.

This will not stop until he asserts his legal, constitutional authority to execute the laws of the land, and his duties as Commander In Chief.

I don’t like it either, but if Trump took these illegal findings right now, the 4 anti-Americans on the court would vote the wrong way and the resulting tie would be law. Bad law, but law.

Look at the finding of abortion law based on penumbras and emanations: “Emanations and Penumbras. One of the most famous/infamous passages in Supreme Court history is: “The foregoing cases suggest that specific guarantees in the Bill of Rights have penumbras, formed by emanations from those guarantees that help give them life and substance. Various guarantees create zones of privacy.”

I know it can be fixed, but that earlier mental breakdown of a vote hasn’t been fixed and it’s just possible that a bad vote now would condemn us for decades if not forever.

I’m hoping that when we get our majority, lots of things can be fixed and will stand for a generation and hopefully forever.

LOL! The idiot judge who thinks he can set a budget for the US should be required to come up with the bucks.

Exactly!

The idea that this can even be discussed worries me. This sort of thing should be off limits, even for satire, because it should lack even a grain of truth.

Interpreting what law based on what part of the constitution? It’s way past time for activists to get some patriot push back.

Yeah a judicial impeachment scalp or two every year would do wonders. Congress does far too little of what it is supposed to do. Its why, after a lifetime of never missing an election, I sat out the congressional portion of the November election.

President Trump has all the authority he needs to not import any more refugees this entire year (I’m not sure that his team even knows that he has no legal obligation to bring in even 50,000!).

As of this morning, we have admitted 38,106 refugees this fiscal year (2017) via Wrapsnet. 783 refugees arrived in the ten day period from the announcement of this EO and today when the “moratorium” was to go in to effect.

The President does not have to call it a moratorium or include it in this EO. He can simply stop processing new refugees abroad with no further explanation!

Andrew Jackson could tell the courts to get stuffed, because he had the power to fire any executive official who chose to obey the court rather than his orders. This court order gives cover to bureaucrats to defy Trump.

We need to repeal civil service.

A judge can not do that

Of course they can. The question is would Andy Jackson obey.

Trump is inviting this judicial coup with his WEAKNESS. He never should have permitted his prior order to be halted. If he wants to celebrate Andrew Jackson, then ACT like him, and tell the courts to F off!

If he acquiesces to judges on immigration and national security, everything else is secondary.

Judge has no authority to order any such thing.

Terry Schiavo said the same thing. But Jeb said he did so she is dead.

I don't see that happening, and I don't think they are "itching to impeach".

Congress has absolute authority over all inferior courts, what have they done with that power that helps the Republic? Nothing.

Even if he gets his budget through the rinos in the Senate the courts will kill it with a thousand cuts.

Only if he lets them.
