A federal District Court judge in Maryland is considering whether he should order President Donald Trump to double the annual inflow of refugees up to 100,000 per year.

It’s the crack!
Tell the judge to copulate alone.
Send them and the refugees to one of the smaller islands on Hawaii. Let God sort it out.
Sure, in the alternate universe which progs inhabit.
I hope the judge moves in that direction and issues a ruling saying so.
Then the H.O.R. can impeach his sorry ass. He has NO Constitutional Authority to determine what level the Executive sets on Immigration. NONE!
The Blackrobes have shown that some of them,
like Roberts either cannot read or are being blackmailed;
and others do not care about the Law.
=> ONLY SCOTUS could make this Order (questionable
at best given the CIC role of Pres. Trump).
These judges should be shown the door.
seriously .... It’s almost time for firing squads.
Move them to his neighborhood
Some lawless asshole whose name I won’t mention told him to do that.
This is fake news right? Because I read headlines and am stunned at the asinine people that exist on our planet.
If true, this demonstrates what I said on another thread regarding DJT's budget PROPOSAL (which, by the way, was submitted by the law imposed deadline--something Hussein ROUTINELY ignored)...the cuts, even if enacted, would be NULLIFIED (if possible) by a judge.
I can see a judges ruling "We cannot cut the National Endowment for the Arts. This court orders the Congress to fund it."
That is the big problem with "amnesty"...a promise of residency without citizenship or voting rights. Judges are so out of control that NO MATTER what a legislative/political agreement might develop, a judge will unilaterally grant voting rights and welfare rights and citizenship to all illegals who had been forgiven.
Trump had better ignore any judicial order to increase refugee status. Judges are already overstepping their bounds. This would be an invasion into executive power.
I think Hawai is too close, too nice.
Wake, Midway or Kwajalein would be better
How could SCOTUS make such an order? The control of Immigration rests with the EXECUTIVE Branch of Government, not the Judicial Branch.
Hawaii judge places restraining order on Trump EO involving refugee pause
President Trump has all the authority he needs to not import any more refugees this entire year (Im not sure that his team even knows that he has no legal obligation to bring in even 50,000!).
As of this morning, we have admitted 38,106 refugees this fiscal year (2017) via Wrapsnet. 783 refugees arrived in the ten day period from the announcement of this EO and today when the moratorium was to go in to effect.
I repeat! The President does not have to call it a moratorium or include it in this EO. He can simply stop processing new refugees abroad with no further explanation!
The judiciary is infringing on the rights of the executive branch - we’re not “heading” for a Constitutional crisis, we are in one right now. Trump has to take this all the way to the SC, and if he loses, US immigration law will be decided by the judiciary from now on.
Tucker Carlson argues with proponents about how these insane rulings set precedents but you can expect logical rulings or precedents from these radical judges who Obama and Clinton appointed.
If this is eventually resolved and its decided that liberal justices are not the ones who set immigration policy, then will all the refugees who came in under these liberal judges orders visas be immediate revoked and deported?
Likely a liberal justice will rule that that would harm them and they must stay.
A judge can not do that
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out of bounds.
