If the judge in Hawaii could consider President Trumps campaign words in his ruling, then this judges words should be considered in his removal from the bench. He has just violated his oath. Remove and disbar.

Yeah a judicial impeachment scalp or two every year would do wonders. Congress does far too little of what it is supposed to do. Its why, after a lifetime of never missing an election, I sat out the congressional portion of the November election.
