BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma -
The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office said three people are dead after a homeowner's son shot them Monday afternoon.
Officers say it happened at a home near 91st and Clearview Drive in Wagoner County.
The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office said the homeowner and his adult son were in the home when three males wearing masks and gloves tried to break in at about 12:30 p.m. The homeowner's son shot the intruders with a rifle, deputies said, killing all three.
The sheriff's office said both the homeowner and his son are cooperating with the investigation and went to the sheriff's office to give statements to investigators.
Deputies found two of the intruders' bodies inside and one outside the home.

If I didn't live around here, I could have gone for that concept, too. Still pretty badass just to have a loaded rifle quickly at hand to take out home invaders. To my knowledge, that's not a high-crime area at all.
This is why you need high capacity magazines.

Having a good AR-15 or AK-74 as a home defense weapon is an excellent choice.
