She’ll probably die in her robes.

Think ‘Weekend at Bernies’

If ANY of the J’s are always there first in the morning, and last at night with ‘people’ hovering over them it means they have probably been dead for a week and ‘they’ are trying to ride out the storm.

Which is why the FIRST time someone ‘charged’ with running our country or making important decisions, falls asleep ON THE JOB, time for instant replacement.

This having a Senator or Congressman or SC Justice being wheeled into the room, with 3 people helping him/her sit, stand or make a move has to stop.

Like with Thurmond(?) his ‘goal’ was to be a sitting Senator at the age of 100(?) and his team convinced all the voters & his associates that was a GOOD idea.

But i’ll never know why obama didn’t push for his man.

He thought Hillary would win. Then he could be withdrawn and they'd nominate someone far more radical.

She should have been declared incompetent and if she didn’t resign, she should have been impeached and removed, period.

She is nothing more than a puppet that they can barely even keep awake. My opinion is that her law clerks installed by the DNC write her opinions.

I doubt that Kennedy will retire. Supreme Court Justices are in the SCOTUS for life.

It is because Democrats suffer from one very basic flaw - they abhor giving up any vestige of power and control that they have, even to their own ideology’s detriment.

It is how they are built - selfish.

WHen congress is 80 percent Republican conservative and the Supreme Court is 7 to Conservative, I will begin to feel comfortable and confident.

#10: "Ginsberg could be another possibility. Only God knows for sure."

The longevity of so many evil people makes me wonder what role Satan really plays in the world, and whether he protects his own.

For example, Lee Attwater and Maureen Reagan died way too young from aggressive cancer. Yet Ginsburg and McCain were both diagnosed with normally incurable cancers and are thriving. There have been various despots over the years who have miraculously survived assassination attempts and serious health problems, yet so many good people die young.

All the Republicans voted for confirmation except Johnny Isaksson who didn’t vote. What’s up with that?

To THAT end, Trump has hugely satisfied Kennedy by picking former Kennedy (and White) clerk Neil Gorsuch for Scalia's seat.

There was some sort of casual "open microphone" banter between Trump and Kennedy that came out in the last couple of days from some affair and they seem very friendly. Something about how grateful Kennedy was to Trump's family for how well they are treating some family member of his in NYC and Trump telling him what a great kid he is, how everyone loves him. Sometimes relationships matter and Kennedy might feel comfortable letting Trump replace him, even if they don't see eye to eye on everything.

Awesome. Now, let’s get Ruth Buzzi and Stephanie Breyer to call it quits.

Maybe Kagan will announce early retirement and move to Greece while Sotomayor decides to offer her wise Latina counsels to the great nation state of Argentina or Venezuela.
