Donald Trump's decision to bomb Syria was influenced by his daughter, Ivanka, being "heartbroken and outraged" at the country's alleged chemical weapons attack, one of the president's sons told a British newspaper.
The president launched 59 cruise missiles at a Syrian government air base he alleged was involved in a chemical weapons attack that killed dozens of civilians last week.
Trump's 33-year-old son, Eric, told The Daily Telegraph on Monday that the strike was influenced in part by Ivanka, who he said was "heartbroken and outraged" by the chemical attack.

Eric and the Trumps are not dummies. I doubt that him saying this to The Daily Telegraph was accidental or a slip of the tongue.
Can we trust the Daily Telegraph? Nothing NBC says is apt to have a grain of truth in it.
Until Trump Jr comes out and makes a statement confirming this accusation I’m not believing a word of it.
Btw, I don’t remember the moniker of the person who told me this could never happen ...he was very familiar with the military industrial complex..had been in the military etc. I know he honestly believed what he was saying..but yeah..here you go..I was right.

People discount the fact Trump is unique as a strategic thinker president, likewise the members of his team. That means they DON’T FIT in the non-strategic box so many try to cram them in.

In watching The Apprentice..Eric is the one I was least impressed with but I gave him slack because Jr and Ivanka had been doing the show longer.
This was a stupid thing to say to the press even if true.
