You are right, Rush explained simply, what this judge did was make up nonsense in order to draw attention to himself. The judges “ruling” does nothing, has no effect. This is basic fake news.

Obama, like the Mullah’s in Iran, is the 4th branch of government with veto power. Anything which offends his lefty world-view will trip a Judge’s ruling or violence from his street thugs.
