On Thursdays broadcast of The Laura Ingraham Show, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) said, I think that Congress, and the people who appropriate the money, we should think about whether or not we should be sending money to universities that only have one set of speech.
When asked if he thought the federal government, Donald Trump could impound funds that would go a place like UC-Berkeley, Rand answered, I think if it were a liberal president, and they were shutting down speech, they could probably do it. I dont think that I dont think impounding funds is probably going to pass muster, but I think that Congress, and the people who appropriate the money, we should think about whether or not we should be sending money to universities that only have one set of speech.

The 10th Amendment should prevent the federal from sending funds to universities...
They should do more than just “think” about it.
The solutions to this nations’ numerous problems are simple common sense.
The problem is, the people in power to do something about it DON’T WANT TO, as their allegiance is NOT to us, but to their global masters.
Crystal clear.
Rand, Rand, Rand. I thought better of you.
Did you, @ least ONCE, bring up A1S8??
COURSE the govt has no authority to give taxpayer $$ to ‘higher education’. Now, *DO* something about it!
Nothing to think about Rand. This one is easy.
No funding to universities from the fed. Period.
Let states fund their own left-wing labs if they want them. Or not. Private funding for colleges is a better idea, now that I think of it. Many would no longer remain viable, and that is a good thing IMO
A good start would be no federal tuition payouts for any course that has the word ‘studies’ in it.
Corrupt, career lawmakers unconstitutionally send taxpayer dollars to wherever it will buy votes from low-information voters.
I agree, this should be done. The Universities themselves however need to be made financially accountable for any loans to their university that default not the Tax payer.
You do this and they will start to prioritize education that actual results in the ability to make money.
