So much has been said recently about the rivalry between the House Freedom Caucus and a group called The Tuesday Group, a group of largely unnamed so-called moderates in the House. The leadership of the Tuesday Group is named, and some members willingly speak to reporters about their agenda. The group boasts of a membership of somewhere between 40 and 50 members, but only a few have outed themselves as part of the secretive backroom group.
The most vocal member is one of the co-chairs named Charlie Dent, a Pennsylvanian Republican whose liberty score reveals that he votes liberal 72% of the time. Along with Dent, Elise Stefanik of New York, who votes liberal 81% of the time, and co-chairs the group along with Dent and Tom MacArthur of New Jersey who has a record of voting 70% liberal. Chris Collins of New York is a member, and votes 77% liberal, along with Adam Kinzinger of Illinois who votes 67% liberal, Pat Tiberi of Ohio, who votes 60% liberal, John Faso of New York who hasnt a liberty score yet because hes new, Barbara Comstock of Virginia who votes 81% liberal, Fred Upton of Michigan who votes 66% liberal, and Rodney Davis of Illinois who votes 70% liberal. Others stay largely away from claiming they are part of the group, but I have been able to identify about half of the group and the picture of the membership emerges as a group of liberal enablers of Democratic policy.

Thanks for “bringing them out of the shadows.”
“Notice they are also Cheap Labor Express stooges.”
Bttt.
Fred Upton of Michigan who votes 66% liberal
As I recall, it was Upton who is responsible for making normal incandescent light bulbs virtually illegal in these United States. It occurs to me now he must have gotten massive contributions from the manufacturers of the non-working, hideous, "green" light bulbs that are all you can buy in a store, which cost $15 or $20 each, are supposed to last 100 years, and pop soon after you get them home. In effect, to get those contributions, Upton is picking the pocket of every household in the U.S.
Someone should research his contributions and mount a series of "shine the light on Upton" attack ads for the 2018 campaign. That whole group needs to be targeted, "frozen" (à la Alinsky), and picked off by detailing the particular suffering and loss each one's policies are causing. Trump is in office, but the the revolution must continue until all the liberals are gone.
Time to take the gloves off. This Tuesday group needs to be primaries!!! And Trump could make that happen - and he should. They are just like the damn Dems and will never support him. He may as well get the fight on NOW!!!
We need someone to ‘dot’ these districts onto the by-county map Trump won.
These are also most likely K-Street Hedge bet seats. Knock’em down.
Tuesday Group = RINOs
Scot, the point of getting rid of normal light bulbs was to force ones that had IP addresses and could be deployed in the Internet of Things.
You are too kind. They are not liberals. They are postmodernist commies. The GOP are the liberals now.
Good point.
That’s him- and he “tried” to take it back: https://thinkprogress.org/fred-upton-pushes-vote-to-kill-his-own-light-bulb-efficiency-standards-da3e513dcbef
Also, as Chairman of the House House Energy and Commerce Committee, he authored the Energy Efficiency Improvement Act of 2015 which required grid-controllable water heaters- raising the price of the cheapest water heaters by 60%- $100.
From $240 to $340. An extra $100 for nothing but profit to the manufacturer. (Yes, I got caught by this.)
All it would take is to run a good conservative in the primary against him. He would then lose to the Dem in the General.
But, odd though it sounds, this RINO is just the kind of Republicann that Trump would support in an election- if he went along with Trump sometimes.
Thanks for the list.
Call them out
Isolate them
Primary them
Dump them

Pingout... Members of the Tuesday Group RINOs.
Charlie Bass was defeated way back in 2012 by one of those 4 Communist witches holding NH hostage today.
All I know is this. When even-worse-than-Boehner Paul Ryan was asked to be Speaker, he didn’t make his acceptance contingent on the Tuesday Group. Rather, he said he would only accept if he had the backing of the Freedom Caucus. They responded by giving him a super-majority, and we’ve been stuck with the backstabbing weasel ever since.

GOP Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) posted a photo on Monday showing him and fellow Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich.) with the latters supermodel niece, Kate Upton, on her 21st birthday.
McCarthy captioned his photo with an appropriate hashtag, writing, With Congressman Fred Upton and his niece, Kate. We are celebrating Kates .21st Birthday #kateupton.
Upton described his niece as a great gal back in 2012, when she drew widespread attention for her appearance on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. The Michigan Republican joked that several colleagues on Capitol Hill had ribbed him about his familial tie to the model.

NO wonder nothing’s getting done! RATs in RINO Jerseys. We can’t vote all of them off the island or we wouldn’t have a majority (assuming RATS would get some of the seats), but we should get at least a half dozen to let the remainder know they’re next! BTW, Washington State must have something in the water that makes their women stupid, because Cathy McMorris Rogers is as dumb as Patty Murray.
It may well be that Upton caused the demise of the incandescent light bulb and forced us to use CFLs for a time, but this new generation of LED bulbs is a major advancement in illumination, power consumption and life. They are now offering them in a number of color temperatures so they provide illumination identical to the incandescent bulbs they replaced. We have a modern home that uses mostly R-30 and R-40 recessed fixtures. We went all in and just junked the incandescent bulbs and replaced them all, and the electricity savings is substantial. A 75 watt R30 uses about 15 watts, you do the math. The other thing that’s nice is that they don’t produce much heat so you don’t have to aircon your place to take out that waste heat.
