(R-Ky.) says he has asked the intelligence community and White House for any evidence that he was surveilled by former President Barack Obama.
"I have formally requested from the WH and the Intel Committees info on whether I was surveilled by Obama admin and or the Intel community!" Paul tweeted Friday.
The tweet appears to build off of President Trump's claim, presented without evidence, that the Obama administration wiretapped Trump Tower during last year's presidential race.

I got up this morning and realized right off that it was daytime. I didn't provide any evidence either.

Note The Artful language stating that Trump presented his claim without evidence, as opposed to the fact that evidence has since been revealed.

I’m kind of surprised the Trump admin hasn’t already announced that he snooped on everyone. But maybe Trump is keeping an ace up his sleeve.
That is probably a safe bet that Senator Paul, his family, his staff and anyone he contacted or was contacted by phone were “surveilled”!
Obama has the soul of a totalitarian... ALL of our people need to make the same request... ditto for FOXNews conservatives.
For the same reason, as heard on CBS This Morning, that Trump and Le Pen are "anti-immigration" because if they said the truth "anti-illegal immigration" it would not accomplish their goals of turning people against Trump and friends.
