A judge sentenced three Muslim refugee boys in the sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl in Idaho, but nobody knows the length or terms of the sentence because the judge has barred everyone in the courtroom, including the victims own parents, from speaking about the case. Mathew Staver, chairman and co-founder of the nonprofit legal assistance agency Liberty Counsel, told WND that Judge Borresen was completely out of line in issuing a gag order after the fact in a criminal case.
Its unconstitutional for the judge to do that. There are gag orders that can be put on people during a jury trial, or if its a minor they can prohibit you from mentioning the name of the minor, but they cant gag you after the fact, Staver said. This is public at this point. This judge, it just seems like hes forgotten about the First Amendment in this case. He has no authority to do this, he cant hold someone in contempt to keep them from speaking out about their displeasure with the case after the fact.

Snopes is full of shit like usual. Since when does our culture cover for little raping bastards. Now we get done to “depends on your meaning of rape is”.
Good luck.
My lunch has made it to the floor

the older kid in this FILMED the incident is what I heard...
that is not "inappropriate...that is immoral and illegal and typical of a certain type of person...
unless you get some passion and guts this crap will go on and on....
where are the men in this?...where are they....
we are talking Twin falls Idaho....
I’d be locked up already for aggravated assault.
Would beat the #### out of them but not kill them.

We need to start dropping the title ‘Honorable’ from the names of public officials like judges and politicians...NOTHING ‘honorable’ about them.
It is amazing to me because it seems all the public servants are in on this scheme to vilify the mother and the child. I thought Idaho was fairly conservative?
I have an honest question. Isn’t stripping someone and then sexually assaulting them actually “rape”? Not sure what the difference between SA and Rape.
I know different states have different definitions. I agree it can be confusing. It certainly adheres to my definition of rape. Could be something that was written in the 1800’s
I also used to think Idaho was conservative. The handling of this case is shocking.
