Former FBI Director James Comey said that Attorney General Loretta Lynch's handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's email server gave him a "queasy feeling."
Testifying before the Senate intelligence committee for the first time since he was fired by President Trump, Comey said that Lynch directed him not to describe the FBI inquiry as an "investigation," calling it one of the bricks in the load that led to his public statement.
At one point the attorney general had directed me not to call it an investigation, but instead to call it a matter, which confused me and concerned me, Comey said Thursday. He later testified that the directive gave him a queasy feeling.
He said he did not know whether or not it was intentional, but Lynchs suggestion that the investigation be called a matter suggested to him that the attorney general was trying to align how we describe our work with the Clinton campaigns rhetoric.

If you aren't competent then go work for the government as you don't have to produce actual results as in a product that works. It actually takes great ability, intelligence ,competence , sanity and working incredibly hard and for extremely long hours to produce a product that works and is good in the free market in private industry.
but what does the government produce ? nothing. government workers don't do anything and stooges like this comey naturally flock to government positions. another example Lois Lerner, James Hansen (the global warming nut at NASA).

What has enraged everyone is this purposely endless Comey witch hunt and the positively seditionous lying slanderous leaks of implication and innuendo against Trump, and alternately his staffers, his family, or Jeff Sessions, or some Cabinet member.
Precisely the one truth the world deserved to know curiously NEVER was leaked, as Rubio smartly pointed out, that Trump never was under investigation!
Comey must have choked to have to utter those words, today.
CNN reports, however, that means that Trump is really under investigation, now. Sheesh. This is never going to stop.
Paul Ryan looks very depressed. He wants to, oh, so regrettably, have to call for impeachment.
> He always uses emotional adjectives of feelings in an environment where fact is all that is required.
It’s called a “tell”. When Comey refers to his feelings, he’s lying.
His first run-in came in the mid-1990s, when he joined the Senate Whitewater Committee as a deputy special counsel. There he dug into allegations that the Clintons took part in a fraud connected to a Arkansas real estate venture gone bust. No charges were ever brought against either Clinton..."
"In 2002, Comey, then a federal prosecutor, took over an investigation into President Bill Clinton's 2001 pardon of financier Marc Rich, who had been indicted on a laundry list of charges before fleeing the country . ..."

So the question is....
Mr. Sessions....Did Mr. Comey ever say to you...Don't leave me alone with him"?
“Therapy is recommended” in this MATTER?
God bless you for this article.
THANK YOU!
And to think this poor slob was the head of the FBI!
The Clintons have owned him since 1994.
Some pundit on Fox yesterday referred to Comey’s “tender ego”. :) Tender.
I’m thinking we don’t need a fragile flower as #1 Man at the FBI.
And the arrogance! You can tell that he’s been catered to his entire life and has never had anyone say, “No”, to him.
“Its not the Federal Bureau of Matters, Mr. Comey.”
Perfect.
“At the hearing, Sen. John Cornyn of Texas later asked Comey why he did not suggest the appointment of a special prosecutor in the Clinton email investigation, which many members of Congress and then-candidate Trump had called for. The former FBI chief said hed considered it after the tarmac meeting, but decided it would ben an unfair thing to do because I knew there was no case there.”
No case there??!! What about the LAW??!! There’s even a paragraph or two devoted to handling classified material and ‘gross negligence’.......
“Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

It’s amazing to what extent these people will go to protect their fellow criminals. It’s downright insulting that these people will sit up there and spin all this BS like we can’t see through it.
I didn’t get to watch it but I was curious if anyone brought up his under oath testimony in May.......
This link needs its own thread, if it doesn’t have one already. Really!
Well, if he had an electric range that would be understandable.
His statements and persona are so bizarre I am at a loss.
Is there anyone in metro DC with an IQ above room temperature that does not know how the Clinton Crime Family works?
The head of the FBI?
If this was in a novel the writer would be attacked as a raving lunatic and the plot totally unbelievable.
I prefer the Bob Barr brand of warmth in governing. It tops out at about four degrees below zero.
