California, Virginia and Kentucky refuse to cooperate in federal voter fraud probe.

This pretty verifies that substantial voter fraud is going on in these states.

Shut off fed money until they comply.

There is going to have to be some negative consequence for their refusal. Something stronger than Pence saying he’s ‘disappointed’ with their lack of cooperation.
How can this effect them very quickly and in a fiscal way?

Well, I wonder if this has anything to do with how Mitch McCuckold keeps getting re-elected.

WHY are you posting from a leftwing hack site called “Resistance Report” anyway?

This is from Kentucky’s SOS Alison Grimes:

“This request from @POTUS’ sham “commission” should alarm every American. I will not release sensitive data about 3.2M KYans to the fed govt.”

Tom Fitton of judicial watch retweeted Grimes’ tweet

“You won’t release public records?”

If these are public records why can’t Pence send someone in each of the 50 states and get them?

Curious to see how Trump replies. Congress should put some legal teeth behind this commission. Else maybe DOJ and FBI investigate voting and ask for the same data to compare and identify illegal aliens voting and people voting more than one location. Time to get some integrity in our elections.

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) said in a statement that he has “no intention” of complying with this request, saying the commission was based on the “false notion” that widespread voter fraud occurred in the 2016 election.

If terry is so confident that there was no widespread voter fraud in '16, then he should provide the data as requested. Unless, of course, he knows otherwise.

No evidence for this claim has ever been offered.

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) said in a statement that he has “no intention” of complying with this request.

California Secretary of State Alex Padilla (D) also said “I will not provide sensitive voter information...

Kentucky will not aid a commission that

"No evidence for this claim has ever been offered." Geez, I wonder why not?

Let’s see, they bitch that no evidence has been found, then use that as the reason not to send the evidence. Got it. [morons]

Pretty easy solution at least for FEDERAL elections. Just make it a federal offense to commit fraud in federal elections. Minimum manadatory 4 year sentencing with multiple counts to be served consecutively for every elective office fraudulently voted for. So if you vote president, vp, both senators and House of Representatives you’ll get 20 years to be served minimum mandatory and those organizing will get the same for every vote cast in federal elections..... could end up with tens of thousands of years.

Empty suit Mike Pence should grow a spine and confront these people and accuse them of condoning voter fraud.

One by one. Yeah, they're all the way up to three. Only 54 more to go.

Already two great suggestions on the thread: discontinue Fed money to these states and/or don’t count any of their votes. If NY joins the crowd, I’m lovin’ the latter!

Not a problem. Document it and when you are handing out federal dollars for voting programs see the money goes to other States!

A master list of voters in all states, compiled so that the Federal government, the most corrupt and dangerous entity on the face of the Earth, can detect and prevent “fraud.”

uh-huh...

This is a filthy Marxist rag.

Voter suppression to them means that illegals can’t vote and Marxists can’t vote 2-3 times or more as they are bussed around to various precincts.

Pence is doing a good job. It makes sense to start with the low-hanging fruit. He’ll certainly get Texas to comply, as our SOS is a Republican (and there’s no shortage of fraud here too), and probably 30 or so other states. That gives his people something to start with - get the bugs out of their systems. It also removes the excuse of states that they were blind-signed by the jack-booted feds, as they had a chance to comply peacefully.

For the states that hold out, you then to ratchet things up. For example, I don’t know how Kentucky is set up, but the governor there is a serious conservative - he may be able to step on the SOS, Ms. Grime, and order the release. Perhaps that brings in a few more states.

Then they can start using back doors - the Republican Party in each state, being a political entity, has the right to that data, and so there’s a good chance they already have it - so they can turn it over, or they can obtain it. The data may not be ‘official’ but it is enough to work with and find probable cause with. At that point, more specific warrants can be obtained, if necessary.

Pence is doing fine - he’s putting together a national listing...and will be able to extensively cross-check. He doesn’t need to find 3 Million cases (or evidence that extrapolates to 3 million). The Democrat line is that fraud doesn’t exist. A while ago I talked with my (liberal) mother on this, and she said there was no way it was 3 million. I agreed with her (she’s my mom, after all), so we ended up ‘compromising’ at 500,000 to 1,000,000 illegal votes. Even that lower number flips huge numbers of elections and completely blows out the Democrat argument, and makes the case for national voter registration.

The important thing is that Pence is working on it now, and I’m sure a lot of FReepers, me included, would love to be a part of that!

Maybe it’s not solvable issue given the current. What does federal government really do if states refuse?

Kentucky? I always thought of them as among the good guys.
