An acquaintance who worked in Saudi Arabia said that Saudi police would watch a person who had been in a traffic accident die rather than help, especially if the person was of another tribe.
In a biography of General Stilwell in China, he documented how Chinese soldiers would ignore a man whose legs were cut off attempting to board a train. They just let him die. He said that Chinese soldiers had no expectation of medical help or of being rescued if they were wounded. They only depended on themselves. This was in the 1930s and during WWII.
Not wishing to get involved has been a cop out for a long time in an attempt to hide being a second rate person. It is cowardice. But these morons didn’t even call 9-1-1! That’s just plain stupid. I can see why they have no future in the world with this lack of mental capacity. I’ve seen rocks smarter.

Last weekend at the sandbar similar thing happened my very fat friend was trying to get back in the boat and a boat nearby was laughing at him. This is in tequesta FL we helped him back in so all was good. He said he had the best swim of his life we ignored them.
