It’s highly likely that nearly everything these ‘teens’ have had, from their birth to shelter to food to medical care to schooling was paid in one form or another by the government.

Single black underclass women are, in essence, hired by the government to have babies and are provided support in return for having and raising these babies. This is the arrangement imposed by our urban elites.

Whenever a single black mom manages to raise decent children it is considered a heroic achievement. It goes against the all the conditions imposed by the urban elites who need a large dysfunctional minority underclass as a weapon in the war on traditional America.

It may be true that these young people will grow up to be like the not so terribly missed violent thug whose stoned ass fell in a pond and drowned. Or maybe not. His continued presence didn't help things turn out well.

I am betting every poster on this thread has done nothing to make Cocoa Florida a safer place for young people. These teanagers (as crass as they might be) also did nothing...but their nothing made the neighborhood a bit safer.

It's a matter of where you live, and who you percieve the actual victim to be.

Was it the violent tattooed thug, or the teenager who were likely (and quite justifiably ) scared of him and didn't rush out to have somebody save him?

I know for certain I would never have contemplated jumping into a pond in the alligator state to save a tattoed thug, or even a pretty girl. Not in summer anyway.

The clip depicts the unidentified teens — ages 14 to 16 — off-camera, laughing as the man screamed off in the distance for help before going under in the murky water just after noon July 9 off Plaza Parkway. There were no calls to 911 from the teens.

Can't charge them, can't imprison them, can't punish them in any way, AND we can't even identify them. That's the real problem here. What does a liberal society expect when it, in effect, gives a "license to kill" to all these little underaged soulless turds who are just itching to pull a trigger on someone, or simply stand by laughing when someone dies a horrible death? I hope it's not an adult with a conscience. Because that's not what it's going to get.

Rome deserved to fall. If nothing else, for the coliseum, where people went to get their kicks watching others, in many cases innocent, being put to barbaric deaths. America is the new Rome, and its streets the coliseum.

Some states have good Samaritan laws (for voluntary help) and others even have a duty to render aid, I believe. FL perhaps has neither. These so-called citizens need to be tagged for life such that it follows their records all throughout life. How sick people in this country have become.
