LOL! I know what ya mean about not lookin’ for work to do. Same here! But with all these cats, it finds me.
Man, it’s still hot, hot, hot. And the A/C that is supposed to keep this part of the house cool has apparently bitten the dust. The other one is working a little but not like it should. It’s hot in here. Tomorrow is going to be like today so no relief there.

Sounds like your day was a good one, especially the cool part. They SAY we’ll cool off a little Sunday but we’ll believe it when we feel it.
Kittehs are just as unhappy about no A/C as we are. It’s been very quiet in here the past two days. Too hot to play.

Ruh-roh! Looks like it’s time to bring in the back-up unit! I hope you can stand it till that heat wave moves on! it has to be just miserable!
I’m so ready for this trip to WY...and they’d BETTER not have a heat wave while I’m there! LOL!

Pretty much. We have two window units, not central air, and they’ve struggled to cool the house. The way the house is laid out, we really need three. The one that deals with this part of the house is blowing slightly cool air right now but it isn’t enough. It’s 85 degrees at my desk.
The one in the back part of the house is cooling a little better and that’s good because the bedrooms are back there.
The humidity is reeeeeeally up there and that makes it hard for any kind of A/C to work well.
