Was in Panera a few days ago and they just installed brand new kiosks you can order from - my guess is that'll be the ONLY way to order by the end of the year. McDonald's too has installed brand new kiosks for self-ordering. My new WalMart has around 15 self-check outs, Ralphs, Home Depot and Target also have added more self-checkout lanes. Why? Cost of labor is too high.
