A possible scenario is the woman called from her cell phone (easily determined from 911 records) and was waiting by the door. When she saw the cruiser she exited the dwelling to greet them and the (screen) door slammed behind her. Twitchy cop draws and fires out driver side window from passenger seat, narrowly missing his partner’s head and killing the civilian.
I believe the body cams are to be turned on once interaction begins. They never had the chance before Noor’s sudden actions.
Some missing pieces:
The officers were responding to an emergency call - no lights and siren?
Both officers were very inexperienced - and one of them, Noor, had a number of complaints against him. Why was Noor paired with a brand-new cop?
When have any of you ever heard of anyone firing from the passenger seat accross the driver? That’s insane.
Then the shooting officer, Noor refuses to cooperate with the investigation.
This stinks to high heaven.

I didn’t know they’d turned this into a CRIMINAL investigation or did that attorney just let the cat out of the bag?
I hope there is eventual justice for Justine. What a shame, all the way around. I’m going to let this one ride for a while, pending additional info. To me, it looks more like incompetence than malice.
