I’m totally disappointed with AG Sessions. Asset forfeiture is one of the ways the beast is fed.
There should be some form of asset forfeiture but the money can’t go anywhere but to the general treasury. No sharing, no commissions and no disbursements to local, county, state, or federal police, and all asset forfeiture action starts and ends with the DOJ — not an option for local police without getting DOJ approval.

Trump is right. Though Sessions felt it necessary for him to recuse himself, I think it was a selfish act to keep his distance from the President — at a time where I think he should be close to the president fending the seditious press and certain members of the Left.
Every time they put the heat on the President, Sessions should be there putting the heat on Hillary.
I think Trump is correct. I also like Sessions.
If Sessions had even an inkling that he’d recuse before Trump announced his name as the new AG, then Sessions should have let Trump know that.

To be honest, I didn’t want Sessions in the cabinet at all. Because of his seniority, I wanted him to stay in the Senate.

Bingo! Any basic chess player would have known beforehand that this “recusal” issue was coming. Yet these dunderheads failed to anticipate it, and now we have this AG issue to resolve in a highly-politicized environment. Fire his ass, NOW, and get a bulldog as the AG. If Rat heads were rolling a couple months ago, the focus would be entirely different by now. Really pi$$es me off.
Dump Priebus, move Sessions to the White House as Chief of Staff and put Rudy or some other pitbull in at AG to start balancing out the investigations.....
