I’m against Civil Forfeiture and Sessions is for it.

For the life of me, I can not understand why Sessions is busying himself and wasting valuable time with asset forfeitures. Of all the big irons he should have in the fire right now, asset forfeiture should be at the bottom of his list.
If they (Sessions and DOJ) actually, possibly, maybe, hopefully go after Clinton(s)and getting any conviction... then taking ALL of their ill gotten S*** away and leaving them penniless would satisfy a lot of people.

Sessions should have never recused himself. And in fact, he should still Unrecuse himself.
It’s time for Trump to make a change with his AG. Hopefully Sessions will see it’s not about him and about the greater good of our country. Why can’t Sessions take his previous Senate seat back?
Trump needs to hire a pit bull at AG. Someone who is fearless like Trump. Someone who can handle the media. Chris Christie, Rudy, or someone of that tenor who can handle the lying LYING liberal media and deep state. Why can’t Sessions assume his old position as Senator?
Whoever the new AG is needs to fire Mueller day one. Trump needs a new AG. Huge Sessions supporter but this is about the country and not one person.
Sessions needs to go back to the Senate. Just like Rubio wasn’t going to run again, Sessions can easily go back to the Senate.

I worked for DEA for fifteen years and never had a big problem with asset forfeiture. It is Sessions that is making a big ideal out of a concept that has been around for hundreds of years. Again, this subject is nothing but dallying around when he should be getting on with locking her up. Apparently, somewhere in his past as a judge he developed this fixation with the issue and has it at the top of his agenda. Just goes to show how disorganized he is or, perhaps, it is intentional.

Actually a great question.
What if anyone associated w/ the Clintons would thus be subject to AF. If some really do have EVERYTHING to lose, then how easy would it be to start turning a few low to mid-level people “to the light?”
