I’m against Civil Forfeiture and Sessions is for it.
______________
For the life of me, I can not understand why Sessions is busying himself and wasting valuable time with asset forfeitures. Of all the big irons he should have in the fire right now, asset forfeiture should be at the bottom of his list.

Answer: He was a US Senator for far too long. Got used to doing nothing and doing it slow.

Keep busy Jeff. Just don't even think about going near the swamp.

I agree. I think he needs to rearrange his priorities.

He is a Trees not Forest type of legalist: The picayune has more influence on him than the spectacular; hence, the recusal over a triviality that appeases de facto sedition and even treason.

He is either a Swamp Creature or a Petty Fussbudget. Either way, he is perhaps the biggest stop in the drain.

We need fighters, not fretters. Let him go be “honorable” in a retirement home.

If they (Sessions and DOJ) actually, possibly, maybe, hopefully go after Clinton(s)and getting any conviction... then taking ALL of their ill gotten S*** away and leaving them penniless would satisfy a lot of people.

my $0.02

Well then.... consider this:

What if the FBI was able to arrest and prosecute the Clintons and their various CLINTON FOUNDATIONS ?

Would you see asset forfeiture as a good thing ?
