Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said he wants to make federal funding of Obamacare subsidies permanent before working with Republicans on other reforms to the troubled health care law the GOP has been unable to repeal.
Schumer said "there is a thirst" among Republicans to work with Democrats on reforming Obamacare following early Friday's defeat of the Republican plan to repeal the law.

McConnell is truly a total waste of hair, skin, and nails. For any Republican, who didn't vote for Obamacare and were even shut out of the process, to entertain the thought of working with the Dems on fixing their screw-up just shows how completely rudderless and gutless the party is.
All McConnell had to do was threaten Murkowski, Collins, and Capito with pulling their committee chairmanships and ending pork to their states. They would have supported full repeal so fast your head would spin.
But no, look at schumer. The Democrats aren't even in the majority and he's leading McConnell around by the nose.

The plot, according to the NY Times, involved ten doctors, nine clinics, and a hundred and five corporations: “The ring falsified official US govt documennts demanding tax dollars----reimbursements for a mountain of excessive and unnecessary medical treatments that were never done.
The Russian fraudsters were so brazen that they already had in-place three separate billing-processing companies just to handle the paperwork.....to get the tax dollars into their greedy hands faster.

NOTES---What’s remarkable here is just how unremarkable the story is, coming, as it does, out of Sen Schumer's district-----the Russian-centric Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.
Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, is famous for its Russian delicacies, entertainment, a population of highly-inflected Russian dialects, but mostly for its concentration of insurance fraud.
The NY Times reports, “Brighton Beach has one of the highest rates of health care fraud in the nation, according to federal statistics.
An analysis from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (agency regulates the two programs), shows that more health care providers in the Brighton Beach ZIP code.....Sen Schumer's district..... are currently barred from then-current healthcare programs for malfeasance than in almost any other ZIP code in the United States.
Thanks to Sen Schumer, Obamacare is theirs for the taking.

How about Health Care for the BASIC needs. No tummy tucks, breast implants, viagara prescriptions, or repairing rectums ruined by anal sex. No sex changes, no coverage for people who exposed themselves to unprotected sex and has STD, for people who get fat and over 230 lbs, they loose all benefits for diabetes treatment. People who smoke a pack of cigarettes, don’t qualify for lung disease treatment. People who drink and drink, don’t get a liver transplant... No couch potatoes will qualify for hip and knee reoplacement. I think I could help Americans see that THEIR health, depends a LOT upon how they resolve their conflicts, no bitterness, hate or revenge feelings. People who eat lots of vegetables and fruit need to get a discount..and especially those who don’t do parties and drugs...Put a little Market incentive for people to take care of themselves.

Executive Orders or Legislation, the chance of CONgress doing it are the same as OJ Confessing, so I am choosing Executive Orders.
1. All waivers to the Affordable Care act are hereby repealed.
2. There shall be NO funds drawn from the treasury to pay for Health Insurance for ANY Federal Employee except Members of the Armed Services.
3. ALL Federal Employees except members of the US Armed Services, SHALL purchase their own personal and Family Health Insurance from the Affordable Care Exchange in the state they legally reside.
4. There shall be NO Medicaid Reimbursement funds allocated to any State that does not have 100% of their Public Employees enrolled in the Affordable Care Act.
And to make sure it is Bipartisan, President Trump should VETO it every Time and FORCE them to Override his Veto to Repeal this Monstrosity.
Sign these 4 orders and it will be FULLY REPEALED in Less than 30 days.
NOT UNTIL, Anyone want to make a BET???
